2) CHANNEL ISLANDS & SOUTHERN ENGLAND Guernsey (Channel Islands) Races on the Guernesey Channel Islands include the Sark runs (10 miles, 5k, and there is also a 2.5 miles kids race). As well as the Easter Festival there is an annual half-marathon on Father's Day (3rd Sunday in June) which follows the west coast - fast, flat and pretty scenic, and a seven mile road race (north and east coasts, less scenic but still fast and flat) on Liberation Day, 9 May.
